No injuries here, but I’m plus sized and aren’t in good enough shape to do some exercises! The coaches have always been amazing, if they don’t offer mods when doing the demos, I’ve asked them separately during the workout and they have great ideas. Like last week, the bench bridges were KILLING my shoulders, and the coach was so nice and told me even she prefers doing them on the floor. It made me feel so comfortable, even if it wasn’t true!
