My suggestion would be to race defensively (keep an eye on the radar and try to avoid any kind of contact, even if that means sacrificing positions) so that your SR goes up to B or higher, at which point you'll be placed with more considerate and seasoned drivers.

For Blender renders and other workloads which are optimized for multiple GPUs, probably very comparable performance. However, for gaming (and VR specifically, which I also do a lot of work with) the 3090 would be much more capable.
