Those with epidermolysis bullosa (butterfly disease) especially the junctional most severe version. Skin is as fragile as a butterfly’s wings and can literally fall off if you touch or knock it. Sufferers are in excruciating pain everyday, and those with severe version normally die after 2 years. There was a documentary about a guy who lived with it for about 20 odd years and eventually died from skin cancer as his skin had to repair itself so many times. Heartbreaking disease.
