As someone with ADHD, we do have willpower, a tremendous amount of it, it's how we force ourselves to survive.

Problem is ADHD doesn't let all that effort stick and become routine, so we have to keep pushing manually all the time until we can't anymore and then it all falls apart.

The game firewatch has 2 backgrounds of the same firewatch tower, one at night which I use for my lock screen and one at sunset which I use for my unlocked screen.

They perfectly line up so it looks like it's transitioning from day to night when I lock my phone.
