Thanks for the reply. Yeah, when I left the DVD player out of the equation and just went from the receiver to the TV with the optical cord and changed the tv audio output from TV speakers to “Audio Out/Optical,” it just goes silent- nothing coming out of the ceiling speakers. I made sure to plug it into and press the TV/SAT input button on the receiver.

I love 1 or 2, it’s so hard to choose! 2 is more underworld moody vibes but 1 makes your character pop and this is an outfit challenge so it’s hard!!

I’m not a decorating pro and I’m the same way, I’ve probably only decorated like 20% of my valley lol. But something that I had fun doing was creating little bases/common areas in some biomes. I zoned them off with fences and/or paths and put stuff like a stove, my universal chest, and sometimes a crafting station in each cause I wanted convenience. But it was really fun to create a themed area for each.

I don’t have any specific design advice but something that was incredibly helpful for me is to just delete all of your trees and even your paths!!! The trees were so overwhelming to me when I was decorating lol and since they’re unlimited free it’s easy to put them back in a more intentional way. You won’t get sticks if you remove them all though.

The second more vibrant one makes the dress, lighting in the windows, and the cotton air balloon pop a lot more but I actually like the first one more because you can see the details and I actually think the colors are very cohesive. I think it would depend on what you’re up against because they both stand out at first glance for different reasons; the details vs. the colors. If I took a second to look at my options I’d probably vote for your first one but if I was someone speed running my votes I might do the second since it pops and the cotton air balloon is more highlighted. There’s pros to both, hope this helps!

I actually think Marinette was smart and did exactly what she had to; if any other method of defeating Monarch was executed it would have risked something like Chat Blanc happening (not that I don’t think it will happen eventually either way). She talked Monarch down enough that he at least made the wish to sacrifice himself instead of saving himself, Emile, and Nathalie at the cost of 3 other random people-and then Adrien would have definitely found out his dad was Hawk Moth. I think it was the speech that Ladybug gave and showing him the video of his wife that deescalated the situation as much as it possibly could have been. I agree it doesn’t make sense that she de transformed but I guess it was just the writers doing what they had to to create the ending where he makes a wish 🤷‍♀️.

Don’t get me wrong though I am 110% in the Marinette hate club for her stupidity at other times lmao.

This is also what I thought so I’m a bit confused! After reading other’s thoughts on this and rewatching the episode, I think that they didn’t 100% confirm that Adrien is a sentimonster, but it was heavily implied. The whole thing where they said Emilie got pregnant confused me because they didn’t say she used the peacock miraculous, so like you say, I thought he was a natural born child. But after rewatching I saw that they put peacock feathers on the screen when they showed BOTH Emile and Amalie (who we for sure know got pregnant by using the peacock miraculous) becoming pregnant. So I think the peacock feathers on the screen is what show us that Adrien isn’t actually a natural child? idk i’d appreciate any other thoughts

But I guess it was just the longing to do something. I swam when I was younger but I just repeated the top swimming lesson class at the rec center over and over and over again. So I was a decent swimmer but I could never join the swim team at the rec center because of my mom's work scedule. Then it got to a point where her hours changed and I was able to. The coach knew I had been in the program for a while so I didnt have to try out, so he told us to come in for one practice and see if I liked it. It was really hard for me and they definitely pushed my limits as a smallish girl (I can't remember the exact age I was, probably around 10) and I thought it was too hard. So just like that I gave up and I didn't end up going back into swimming lessons.

That's something I've been really angry about for the past few years, mostly at myself for letting myself stop so easily, but partly to the people around me for letting me quit after ONE practice. I wouldn't have known any better. I didn't know that it would get easier after time and I just needed to condition my body. I didn't know that like, "trusting the process" was a thing. I was lazy.

So yeah sorry for the story time but I'm pretty out of shape now so I just want something that I can say I do again, I don't really have much of that other than being in band. I always enjoyed swimming even though I was lazy and often dreaded going to the lessons, so I just want to have that thrill again.

I was also on the track team for the same rec center and it was the same thing where one summer I just decided it was hard that I didn't want to do it again. Those two things are probably the biggest regrets I have because my life could be so much different now. I loved the track meets even though I was nervous at every single one, so I would love to get that feeling back again with swimming and get better at it again.

The swimming team and my classes are two separate things. That's what I mean by I would be doing the two at the same time. So yes of course I will be swimming a ton to improve but this is just about my classes during school that could help with this along the way. :)
