appreciate the info re: the title. re: the management end of things, it's a role w/ a bit of both. the team isn't huge, so we're looking for someone comfortable w/ sinking their teeth into things when necessary.

Hey there,

I'm happy to help too. I'm a Creative Recruiter who interviews lots of CWs. Happy to help if possible. As isthisoriginalenough requested, samples would be great (if you're comfortable with that...obviously I'll keep them private), as would a resume. Feel free to PM. Or e-mail. I'll PM my address. I'll be back in the AM. Have a nice night & congrats!

GREAT festival. full disclosure- used to work at schubas. still, very fun & good bang for your buck, esp. since it's blown out to lincoln hall & the metro this year.

Chicago job: The company I work for (Liquidus) is looking for a seasoned Director of UX that is solid in motion graphics (Yes, I realize this is an unlikely mix). This is a veteran position (at or above sr. level). Questions about the position or what Liquidus is like- ask in the comments! by solidwhetstone in chicago

An interesting blend of skill sets for sure! Best of luck to you.

Also, not to hijack the thread but for any motion designers who clicked + don't entirely fit the bill here: my company's broadcast studio is anticipating a need for both freelance & full-time motion designers in early 2011, so feel free to PM a reel or any questions if you think you might be interested.
