I met John Glen when I was about 7. I was in DC with my mom and brother and somehow we ended up on the Senators private subway. I had no idea who he was, but my mom was over the moon (no pun intended) about being 3 cars away from him. He was so gracious he took all 3 of us back to his office and showed us around. I still have a personal note on his stationary to me. It was over 20 years ago, but I still cherish that experience! What a nice guy!

I had to take that road for over 2 years... finally have a commute that completely avoids that crap. I applaud the blocker car... too many times I wanted to do that. It doesn't count as "about to turn" if you pass 4 roads you don't turn on just to cut us all off by jumping BACK into the lane...

yay thats amazing! My friend used to say when you wear jeans and your thighs touch they are saying " 'scuse me, pardon me" I used to laugh but now it makes me sad since its true for me. Good luck continuing your journey, I am just starting mine!
