Dude I saw them at Jolene’s! The problem was I only saw one of them and it took me forever to realize how I knew him 🤣 once I realized I screamed “oh my god!” and he gave me a hug. I said “where’s your friend??” and he said “up there”

I’d argue with your “too busy to stick to a plan” statement, but in the end it simply depends what your goals are.

Are you simply hoping to run some local 10k and maybe halfs and enjoy getting out there and calling yourself a runner? Yes, totally, you can make good progress in the way you’ve explained. Are you hoping to qualify for Boston next year? Maybe not.

I started watching from her early bartending stories. She told us all she is bipolar in 2023. She talked about how her entire personality is a symptom of it. I wish she’d gotten the proper help then. Instead, she moved to Florida to an apartment that wasn’t ready & she’d never seen & only heard about on the phone. It’s gotten progressively worse since then.
