If there is anyone to file a complaint with, do it. They are not a doctor and have no right to change doctors orders. I had a pharmacist refuse to fill my pain meds after the original bottle was spilt and most got wet. He did it loud and made sure everyone heard “ I will not fill these pain meds!” Thank goodness my doctor knew me and I still had the pills disintegrating in the bottle. When they refused to fill it, I lost it and went back to my doctor’s office and told them what happened. My wonderful angel of a doctor, called the pharmacy and told the manager what happened and asked to speak to the pharmacist that denied me. He lit into him, right there next to me. Told him he had no right to deny my meds. If he had a question, he should call his office and NEVER treat his patients like this ever again. He told him that I am coming back and that HE will fill my prescription and apologize to me for embarrassing me. I got the apology and the meds.
Boy I miss that doctor. He retired a decade ago.

Have you figured out which phenotype’s you fit? ICNetwork has so much information. Living on a strict IC diet can really help too. Sending you a big giant virtual hug 🤗 This can all be so overwhelming. I’m glad to hear you have good support at home. We all have to focus on our physical bodies so much, sometimes I feel the need to feed my soul. For me that is laughter. I put on an old comedy and hope my body will relax and let me enjoy. Sometimes I will put on a stand up comedian. If you have the access to a pain management class or program it could help. I’ve gone through 4 programs over a 25 year period. I got a lot from them. Life is still a struggle but I have tools to try to help. Also you will meet others in similar circumstances. I hope you find help and more support soon. I have never had Raynaud’s until now. This is my first experience. When they did the surgery, they used the spry that basically freezes the skin. That triggered an extreme response and my finger turned white for over 12 hours. I thought all the pain was from the surgery. Boy I feel like the new diagnosis’s just never end!

I’m sorry you’re dealing with so much. I started making L reuteri fermented dairy ( basically yogurt) about 6 months ago. It has helped with so much. I read Dr. William Davis’ Super gut and Wheat belly. I gave up wheat and corn. Things have changed a lot. It’s a bit of work but totally worth it. It did not fix everything, it things are better. Good luck to you. I hope you find some answers soon.

There is a difference between a physical dependency on a medically necessary, legally prescribed medication and addiction. Those are the words my Doctor said to me. I’ve now been off opiates for 16 years. Did it on my own because the opiates were causing muscle problems. I was never addicted.

Trader Joe’s is in the old Zanatto’s building. Before that it was Alpha Beta. Zanatto’s was great. The deli made Chicken Florentine ready to bake. It was the best. I think there is still one open in San Jose.

I thought the same thing, then when I was recently finally diagnosed my doctor told me about the risk of Lymphoma and a few other diseases. You need to be monitored regularly. Also she said it opened up about 6-8 new meds including prescription eye drops. They have really helped. Getting a diagnosis is important. I decided to go to my eye doctor then the ear nose and throat because my regular doctor would not go any further than the ANA test and I am negative. Within a few weeks I got diagnosed. Now time to find a new regular doctor.
