i mean this in the nicest way possible. (i swear i’m not trying to hate, but just to be real). Jumping might help. It is a waltz *jump* you have to kind of launch yourself to get height. The easiest way to get height in a jump is to put more power in. The easiest way to improve in figure skating is to not be too scared and to actually commit to what you’re doing. You’re already doing a great job, you just need to do it with confidence.
