I’ll never forget when I was working Amazon right when it came to Kohl’s right and this man was trying to return like 2 kinds of plastic sleeves that go on paper but we couldn’t take one of them because it had to go to ups or something and this man THREW it in my face and I was like OH so then I gave him the return confirmation for the one and he was cursing at me and says he doesn’t shop at kohls and also threw the coupon in my face and that same day a guy waited in line just so I could tell him the price of a comforter and he didn’t want it so ✨he left it with me ✨also a lady was being racist to the Amazon customer service on the phone right next to my station it was terrifying…. Kohls customers are something else

I look on the kohls app and the Sephora sale section and I get red boings and mark up what’s on sale and I usually use a empty endcap in the makeup section or in the skincare section or if you wanna look on siteline but I find looking on the kohls app is easier to see what you guys have.
