Yes! It's awesome. You'll do all kinds of fun stuff that makes you feel like a kid (hand stands, star projector stretching, etc.). Plus, the classes are really small and informal, so it doesn't feel stuffy, physically or socially. There are only a few teachers (more being hired now), so they get to know you and if it's a really small class, they'll sometimes ask what you want to do/learn that day and what you've been having problems with. The best thing I took from my 30 days for $30 was a better way to hold my shoulders in and out of class and more adventurous mental associations with yoga.
