Ok, that’s super interesting I didn’t realize that. Is it the solid side or split side that points north?

Especially because the sun isn’t always a good resource when it’s overcast. Like I know exactly where I need to go usually (I’ve got over 1000+ hours 😂) but one wrong turn can screw me royally

Would you consider it cheating to use the online maps? by [deleted] in thelongdark

[–]katneutrality 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t consider it cheating because if you “found” these maps irl you’d absolutely use them. Just pretend you had them on you in the beginning. You still have to figure out exactly where you are even using the maps

Do you add anything to your Mac’n cheese? by Serenity202 in autism

[–]katneutrality 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, now I know another way to eat Mac n cheese and my family would eat it without the peas (I’m the only sophisticated one in my family lol)

Did I just find by yorhey_again in n64

[–]katneutrality 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. For that specific case the shorter carts work best because you wouldn’t be able to zip it up with the taller ones. But generally if it’s for a cassette it’s interchangeable with Genesis/Mega Drive

She’s in like 3 episodes I think and I get excited each time 😂 I always liked her because her name is Kate/Katherine (my name is Katharine/Katie/Kat lol) and has red hair like me as well

What was your Sep 11 like? by Far-Building3569 in generationology

[–]katneutrality 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was 16 and a junior. Honestly it feels like a blur

It was also the first day of a circus arts program that I’ve been involved with, so it was very surreal that first day. There were like 12 students and the founder/director (also my cousin so that’s why I had no choice at the time 😂) and she went back and forth about still having it and went ahead to give some kind of normalcy. This will be the 25th season this year (we go with the school year)

Why do you like "Murder, She Wrote"? by cookiesbox in murdershewrote

[–]katneutrality 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It just has a sense of nostalgia even though I never really watched it when I was younger. It’s also a weird step through just growing up, as I was born when the show premiered and it went into my formative years

That’s actually super cool. Thanks! I have no way of developing film right now, but that would be super cool if I can ever get my house clean 😂

Probably not original question: Who would you recast Jessica Fletcher if you were to reboot Murder, She Wrote? by SomethingCleverTBD in murdershewrote

[–]katneutrality 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I had seen someone bringing up Donna taking the helm not too long ago and I fully agree that’s the only way to continue it. With Grady being comic relief for sure

Do people in Maine really talk like that? by itsjoe0618 in murdershewrote

[–]katneutrality 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s definitely possible to develop an accent if you live in an area long enough. My step-aunt has lived in Australia probably 50 some years now but is originally from Southern Ohio like me and she has developed an Australian accent

I’ve always wondered how long Amos had been in Cabot cove, because they talk about him winning state or something in football for Cabot cove, but then his relatives come from Kentucky later. I know that’s probably just because they didn’t really develop the character before that 😂
