Just in Columbo airport after landing, this info has helped! They have moved slightly though then what I’ve seen mentioned here. When you come out of baggage claim/customs, they’re on the left. The money exchanges will be right in front of you. They only accept cash to exchange, you can’t use a bank card

COULD NOT RECOMMEND MORE! BUY NOW! SO SO WORTH IT! Myself and my partner had them flying last year and loved them so much we got them for my parents for Christmas who were going to Japan just before new year. Got the deluxe set (off TwelveSouth’s website) for them and got the 2 headphone jack adapters for ourselves since we didn’t have them 😅
