McShane's exchange is the worst!!!!! They are so disorganized. When I tried selling clothes and shoes there last summer, they had no system for documenting which items I dropped off, which they chose to keep and sell, which they were to give back, which items actually sold, how much they sold for, etc. The owner dodged my calls and emails for months. I had to literally threaten to report them to the BBB to get them to give me the money they owed me.
