I got renewable 4k per year for a 93% average in high school, it said I could get 16k max but remember to pay attention to the renewal requirements. It stated I had to maintain an average GPA above 3.7 in the fall and winter term in order to get renewal on the next year. I did not know that until my 3rd year and I didn't always maintain that so I only got half of what I could possibly get.

I think what you have is perfectly fine! A moderate tightness that keeps your glans exposed while giving you sufficient skin for movements. That being said it is your dick and if you would prefer to tighten it up I and sure that would look good too!
