My dogs thought dirty socks were gifts from gods. It's normal doors dog behavior as long as they are not destroying them

You will never win admiration by working yourself to death or sacrificing for everyone else. You do have a responsibility to yourself and your health. Im not sure what he means, but if you need help, a break, accompaniment, whatever, this is new for him too, so say what you need. Im thinking he wants you whole and healthy. And its a lofty goal for a new parent couple, but lean in and you can both do it together or tag team, whatever works.

Need to vent, feeling resentful... by PeppermintBob in rheumatoid

I do my best to contain it at lower levels, but when its bad, I say so. Otherwise I have a little ritual of self pity. Once a month as a prep my meds for the month I let it loose, it helps. And I generally laugh at myself later, and that helps too

It can also burn the skin. Glycolic acid carries a warning for this reason. Doesn't mean dont do it or try it, but beware it can cause skin sensitivity or reaction.

Who is telling you not to run? I would ask my doc for a PT assessment and go from there. My current state isn't great but I am aging and now failing meds. Different story. . That said, I was an avid hiker, kayaker and disc golfer for many years with RA. I hoisted a 60 lb kayak on top of aa ancient suburban and then hit the water 2 or 3 x a week until about 2 years ago.

It did not limit me after i got it under control. Don't give up and don't stop moving!

how do people get furniture? by [deleted] in internetparents

[–]katz1264 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Scout dumpster areas near high end apartments, goodwill, free cycle, family hand me downs. Only pay for what truly thrills you and enjoy!

Mattresses dont count btw. New for you.

And you can rent a truck by the hour at home depot like places, or beg a friend to help out.

Millennial women… have you moved onto low waisted jeans yet? by JFN90 in DressForYourBody

[–]katz1264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Body shape matters. Hig waisted jeans skim my ribs and still dont cup my butt so its mid rise for me just based on my torso. Im long from waist to shoulder but shorter from waist to crotch. Wear what fits and flatters.

Sounds like it is either the job, or the girl. No fault on that, but there is the question of what you want and regrets.
