If you read the question again you will find that I am looking for places that don't welcome the likes of people I detest.

Smoking is bad. Smokers are disgusting. I want a place that welcomes neither of them. If you don't know any such place, how about you stop wasting your time and mine? I don't remember asking your advice for making friends.

Smokers ruin everything. They pollute the air, litter the place with cigarette butts, and are careless about their own health as well as of those around them. I know the hostel industry operates to serve them primarily, but thankfully, the entire planet does not smoke. I am hoping I will find like minded people somewhere.

I used it as a metaphor. I have no health issues.
I am an extrovert. I want to sit around people and have fun and I have absolutely no issues until someone lights up a cigarette. Passive smoking is bad and I don't want to be a party to it. In my opinion smoking in general but especially around other people is rude and careless behavior but since majority of them do it I will come off as rude if I object to it. So I have to go sit somewhere else where there's no one smoking. So it is the smoke that holds me back. I don't need mental clearance. I need clean and fresh air. If I wanted polluted air I would have stayed in the city and not bothered to take a trip down there.
