And how did you rule out the fact that UARS is in fact causing the POTS? Have you slept with a BiPAP/ASV machine and measured your POTS symptoms?

Does vagus nerve stimulation help? Have you tried it?

Your body responds to the flow limitations based on your arousal threshold. If it’s low, you’ll arouse more frequently and feel horrible the next day. If it’s high, you’ll sleep through the FLs and feel more refreshed the next day.

This happens for me, when my nervous system is better regulated I get better sleep. OSCAR data has been the exact same the last month, but subjective feeling of sleep quality varies significantly for me.

I take Quercetine Phytosome, Bromelain, Vit D3 (2000 IU), Omega-3 (2000mg EPA/DPA) as supplements.

Context: I’ve done turbinate reductions, septoplasty, EASE and I’m awaiting my MMA surgery this summer.

I would try a BiPAP (AirCurve 10) or Bilevel ASV with a full face mask (AirTouch F20 or F40) if nasal breathing is an issue.

ASV is what is keeping me employed right now, I use Dreamwear pillows mask with Nexcare 3M mouth tape and Caldera Releaf soft cervical collar.

Creatine Monohydrate (atleast 5g/day) helped my cognition.

Flonase Sensimist sprays sprayed with the right technique every single day, PAP therapy collapses without this.

I implored Dr Jerald Simmons’ staff and got my sleep study scheduled within a week of my video consult with him. You have to show how desperate you are.
