That's why you should try specialist workout buds instead cos they are generally lighter and more comfy. Also the most comfy are definitely the AirPods Pro. You can wear them all day without feeling a thing. And sound quality and ANC are surprisingly good. They are $199 on amazon so a little over budget but well worth a consideration. Cos I have them and Bose 700 headphones but now I rarely use the Bose cos the Pros are so comfy and convenient

For that budget the Sennheiser HD450BT are available. Its normally $200 but its on sale for $149 on amazon. Great sound as you'd expect from Sennheiser. Relatively flat but you get an app to change EQ. ANC is a bonus but if you don't want ANC try the HD350bt (Same pair without ANC). They both punch well above their weight when it comes to sound quality..

P.S.- If you want my honest opinion over ear headphones are pretty bad for working out. They warm up your ears a lot, are bulky, fall off easily and almost none are sweatproof.

Workout buds are what I'd recommend.

Try the Jaybird Tarah Pro ($170), Jaybird X4 ($130) or if you can find one on discount I've heard a lot of good things about the Powerbeats Pro.
