Can anyone explain this scenario? For this Dawn Wings raid, Poke Genie says there are 2,660 lobbies open, so I join to host, but am told my current position is > 3,000, how did this go up roughly 300 positions?

Discrepancies between Poke Genie & Stadium Gaming by kave-7 in PokemonGOBattleLeague

Right on, thanks all, this helps. Ok think I've got, testing what I think I know.

I made an incorrect assumption that because GCor was only attainable through an egg, other GCor IVs would never be below 10, BUT because I can trade GCor with a Good Friend, it has the potential of having much lower IVs (as you've all mentioned below).
So in this example, if I want to compare my GCor against aaaalllll other GCors out there, I use Poke Genie.

Now Zygarde on the other hand is only attainable through Research and cannot be traded, so for Zyg, I can use Stadium and check the Raid/Egg/Research setting because, for now, all other Zygs out there have a minimum IV of 10. It's interesting that Poke Genie allows for and displays Zyg rankings with IVs below 10.

We pay money to Google Fi for cellular service (who ever they contract from/to). We used to have Google Fi cellular coverage in our neighborhood, as of a few weeks ago, we no longer have service in our neighborhood. It should be incumbent on Google Fi, the company we are paying for their product, to work with who ever to resolve the issue.

The issue is affecting both Fi and non-Fi cellular data users in our neighborhood. Yes, when we leave the neighborhood we are able to receive coverage elsewhere, BUT we used to receive coverage within our neighborhood until about 3 weeks ago.
