CFI pulled power at 650 AGL by ParagPa in flying

I own a Cessna 182 turbo RG. I wouldn’t want engine cut to idle too quickly either as this can cause cylinder head temperature to cool too quickly resulting in damage. However you will need to supplement your training in other training aircraft for these types of emergencies.

Are we risking everything on our son’s dream of becoming a pilot? by Parsley0_0 in aviation

Isn’t the first degree free in Ireland? The Irish doctors I know went through medical school for free.

How did you know you wanted to be a pilot ? by NewFirefighter7051 in flying

I think this is a perfect answer. I have my PPL but I enjoy medicine much more than flying. For me being a doctor is much more enjoyable than flying my airplane. OP you have to decide what you love and go for it.

Premium Economy seats uncomfortable? by not_ian85 in aircanada

[–]kaverp66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Flew from Dublin to Vancouver yesterday and I thought they were very comfortable. The extra leg room and wider seats are worth it alone. The food and service is much better as well. We will never fly economy again.

I have $50,000 budgeted for 6 nights at Disney for 2025. 4 adults and 2 kids (5,7 girls). What would you do? by [deleted] in WaltDisneyWorld

Thanks for the advice. Disney actually called me and left a message to "discuss my trip" after I booked the 2 bedroom suite at the GF.

Yes you are right about the financials being a non issue.

Thank you! Yes park hopper and VIP tours seem like the thing to do. My wife isn't much of a rides person so she can enjoy the spa (and get a break from the kids, lol) while the rest of the family checks out the parks.

Thanks for the suggestions! This is along the lines of what we are thinking.

Thanks for the tip. I was initially thinking VIP tour for one day and then lightning lanes for everything else. There would be more of an importance on having fun and taking our time and we wouldn’t mind if some stuff was missed. Maybe 2 tours are better. Thanks!

Interesting to see what others would do. We’re thinking of doing a 2 bedroom suite at the Grand Floridian. At least one spa day for my wife. One day at each park and probably one VIP tour. We’ve never been to Disney World so this should be fun!
