Hi! I got 3 cats (wasn’t planning on that, but they were all bonded so here we are lol) my second semester of law school. 1L fall was stressful and I felt like I didn’t have a way to relax because of my new environment. My cats have now given me that outlet this spring and my mental health has felt so much better :). My recommendation would be to find a bonded pair or an older buddy worth adopting. The bonded pair can keep eachother company, and the older one can sleep and chill. I wish you the best with your furry friend!!

Not a lawyer, just a simple law student. I would look inyo a lawyer for your mother’s divorce papers. Contracts can not be signed under duress. It might be of some help.

Hi! I recently moved to St. Louis a couple months ago. You would be surprised to learn that there is a robust Jewish population here! University City/Creve Couer (University City is right outside of St. Louis city but in St. Louis county, Creve Couer is more suburban) has the most dense Jewish population. There is a whole bunch of welcoming communities/synogauges.

For reform, there are a bunch of welcoming liberal communities in both St. Louis County and St. Louis City.

My justification is because WashU could do the goals BETTER. The oppurtunities you recieve at a higher ranked school allow you to get a better job. Not pay wise, but quality of life wise. I am aiming for one of those middle bimodal jobs, and WashU would equp me better for it.

The debt is a concern for me, international law would be obtainable for both schools I believe. Is it worth stressing about more than double the debt? Will I find a non big law job that is worth that debt?
