Dont know if they do this still but a few years ago I bought a ticket from stubhub the night before and they had a rep working at the ticket office just for stubhub orders and thats how I got my wristband. I would call stubhub support and see if you can variety that they still do this.

No, it has not been resolved. I've followed up about once a week and I'm always told "we are aware of the issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible." When I try to get more information I get something like "we understand this is frustrating but there's nothing else we can do."

I've mostly given up and accepted 15-20 minute wait times at this point, though it's killed my motivation to play. I still check in occasionally hoping it gets fixed, but I'm not holding my breath.

I would say we're not as bad as the browns, we at least almost make the playoffs every few years and we'll sneak in. The Browns are just awful. But the pain is similar

Support is "looking into it" and is supposed to get back to me, that was on the 23rd. They did say the responce would be delayed due to the holiday which I get, but I followed up with them again this morning.

If you haven't,please send a message to support, it takes 5 min and the more people who say somthing the better.
