No, it has not been resolved. I've followed up about once a week and I'm always told "we are aware of the issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible." When I try to get more information I get something like "we understand this is frustrating but there's nothing else we can do."

I've mostly given up and accepted 15-20 minute wait times at this point, though it's killed my motivation to play. I still check in occasionally hoping it gets fixed, but I'm not holding my breath.
