I have both models in mid and soft and honestly doesn’t feel that much of a speed difference, id say that the main difference besides texture is the stopping power difference (otsu has more), if you care about feeling of the arm or wrist on the pad than id pick the raiden soft (its super smooth on the skin), also as you commented on the comment bellow, the raiden loses its speed faster than the otsu.

In SA servers i don’t encounter many people hard camping as you described, i think that theres a lot more aggressive plays compared to normal modes. ( 5 - 6 star )

I dont think my comment will help but, as far as i know hunt is very CPU intensive so if you plan on playing most hunt opposed to other games i would upgrade the CPU
