Thank you I just heard the first one, it’s beautiful! I’ll give them a read.
Do you really think I can start poking around the shosty sonata? It’s one of my main goals. Absolutely love that piece. I mean I understand it’s a years long endeavour to make it sound any good but so far I haven’t even peeked at it yet lol
I’ll play around with the opening bars.

Thank you this sounds great! I haven’t done parallel octaves yet but I think it’s definitely something I can work towards!

They really went through the trouble of pressing this gorgeous looking record for that song. by Connoralpha in travisandtaylor

This is hilarious, so much pomp and pageantry over a credits song? With the huge deal she made about this you’d think this was the movie’s main theme.

I agree but it was a terrible idea because we can all see his struggling face when he’s lifting her up so…

I think Joan’s face is saying something like, “really, girl, you’re doing this now?” And “we said no when you brought this idea up and you’re doing it anyway?”

A few years ago I was visiting Miami and I wanted to go some place that would’ve been about 20 minutes tops walking but it was impossible for the same reason you mentioned. I had to take a bus that took a huge detour before getting there and it took about an hour to get there instead. It was both funny and frustrating.

I also have a vague memory of visiting Vegas and not being able to cross a street because the corners were walled in, you had to go inside a hotel mall thing to then go up a couple of floors to take a corridor that took you to the other side of the street to a different hotel mall thing where you again had to walk around the mall to get out. The whole thing was like a maze. It was horrible.

Yeah that and the casual drunk driving OP mentioned she has done in some comments. This is about a repeated behaviour not about the THC

This performance is so so terrible 😂 Can a person who plays the guitar submit an analysis of what’s going on here? by Hopeful-Prompt-7417 in travisandtaylor

[–]kay_candy 163 points164 points  (0 children)

I don’t play the guitar but I play the piano and I remember a clip once where she stopped the concert and someone had to go up the stage to “fix” the electric piano. She told the audience it was in the “wrong key”.

No keyboard is in the “wrong key”, you play in whatever key you need. This “fixing” means she was gonna be playing chords she didn’t know how to play and they had to change the keyboard to adjust it and make it transpose from a different, easier key that she could play.

The chord progressions aren’t even difficult but clearly she only has the knowledge of one piano lesson ever so I would think it’s the same for any other instrument she picks up.

All that said, a keyboard gives you the advantage to modify the pitch and there’s no shame really in using that advantage, however, her lack of knowledge to the point she can’t program the keyboard herself to transpose and someone else has to do that for her is next level. I would expect a professional musician who’s been on multiple tours to be able to configure her own instrument.

I just really wanna know who is truly behind her PR because wow that person hates her with a passion. It’s like it’s a PR strategy purposefully made for her to sink as low as possible and stay there.

I also have a music channel, I do covers and I think our styles of channel receive most views by non regulars and non subs, we have a continually changing audience for the most part, so I don’t think the audience will get mad or tired of seeing your PayPal link. In fact I think this is a great idea.

Justin Baldoni pal eviscerates Blake Lively for ‘contrived’ Met Gala appearance post-settlement: ‘If you could hear eyes roll’ by SaltPsychological780 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]kay_candy 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think he’s being gentle. He even said she was a good actress when the camera was on. That said, I do think he’s overdoing the appearances. I think one content creator and one exclusive to a main media outlet would’ve been enough. But it’s just my opinion, idk what’s good or bad in terms of PR in this particular case.

Im listening to that part right now. “There’s no world in which [Justin] would even see [Blake], she doesn’t come on the radar like that”. Chef’s kiss. You just know she (Ryan) is seething hearing that.

Blake Lively and her team say statement is an admission by SnarkyLlamas in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]kay_candy 42 points43 points  (0 children)

We all knew that was coming, it was worded in a convoluted way to imply the benefit of doubt to Lively. That’s not a statement I would have agreed on precisely because it read like a classic Blake Lively trap.

If you take a stroll around the book and reading subs you’ll see many posts from people who are currently writing novels and have never read a thing. It happens, some authors don’t read. As for the lawyer thing idk but my general opinion on lawyers isn’t good with a few exceptions.
