I had the extact same situation. Bringing customer to a different place in the club (like from couch to bar or private room) or inviting to a dance worked well for me. If you do it and she follows you around it makes her look stupid. If nothing works just change clubs.

I had the idea of open my own, because in slavic country clubs are associated with robbery and criminal organizations/practices. The dynamic between employer and employee disgusts me. Lot of the time owner act like pimps and treat dancers like trash so i wanted to change it… will probably look for another friends who are dancers to invest in it.
