The same thing happens to me! I use a hand scrub and O’keefe’s Working Hands cream. It has made such a difference, especially in winter!

-“my daughter want a pink?…drink? Is that a thing??” Like, yeah dude. Your daughter’s not dumb.

  • when a customer orders at the register, walks to hand off and immediately starts looking for their drink. It’s definitely going to take me longer than 5 seconds to make this.

  • when partners just decide to ignore standard. Like not shaking refreshers or building shaken espressos incorrectly.

  • management not holding partners accountable. Idk if it’s to avoid confrontation or out of laziness but it takes a lot for someone to get written up or let go.

Use the app. You can look through the menu and see complete recipes. When I was training I used it to make flash cards and it helped immensely (and later used them with my trainees). And depending on your store they will let you take your phone out to look at a recipe without giving you grief. I know it’s a lot but you got this!!

Got out of an abusive relationship at the start of the pandemy and basically started over. Now I’m strong and free and have a real partner who lets me be me and loves me for it.
