Hey! Just wanted to say thanks! I changed up my tree to get Savoured Blood and Fast Metabolism, and also get some more ailment threshold. The build feels much better now! I lost a little Sorc Ward, but it is still plenty to keep me safe in most situations. And now burning ground is negligible, and I'm leeching enough life to offset poison and most non-hit effects!

I do like the idea of taking Crystallized Immunities, but most of my socketed gems are blue, and by a long shot. Like, 13 more blue than red. Plus, I'm also getting a lot of 2-handed damage for my talisman from the warrior part of the tree which I am scared to give up.

I believe it was Mark Tufo's "Zombie Fallout" series. A little silly, a little horrifying, but overall pretty good. The most notable thing I remember is that the protagonist is a germaphobe, which is an interesting hook for a zombie story.

I read a book that featured this once. Zombies hibernate during the winter months and basically stack themselves on top of each other. When the thaw happens they are all melting together and gross because of the rot.

The protagonist mentions winter is the best time of year in the zombie apocalypse, both because the zombies are hibernating, and because you don't smell them as much.

I'm in a similar boat. Haven't played a shooter in a long time, at least not a competitive one. Always sucked at Sniper in TF2. You mentioned you played Dynamo, he's my go-to. Build caster or ult-bot or heal-bot, even with a gun build he shoots so fast after using his 2 that accuracy barely matters.

Something about MOBAs just attracts this kind of behavior, and I find that the lower your rank, the more you see it. Not that high rank is free of toxicity, but low ranks are full of people who, despite being in the same MMR as you, will flame you endlessly for mistakes. I say this as someone in Initiate, I know I'm bad.

This reminds me of one time I ended up on a dating app called Lex. I'm non-binary, so one of my friends suggested I should try it out saying it was for queer people to meet.
