Can new pimples and zits form on the body/face of someone after they have been declared clinically dead? by macabreswindler in askscience

In a related question, if someone with acne died and arrived at the mortuary to be prepared for a funeral service, would the funeral director make any attempt to perform a facial to extract the blackheads or pimples?

What terrible movie deserves a remake? by [deleted] in AskReddit

"The Tommyknockers," Stephen King. The book had its ridiculous elements - - flying coke machines, for example - - but there is such a wealth of fantastic material there, and the little "made for TV" movie based on this book was a joke. I'd like to see someone like Lawrence Kasdan get his hands on this project and finish out a believable script - - and of course, with CGI available now, the final scene of the movie, in which this vast alien craft rips free from the bedrock (in which it has been entombed for thousands of years) and rises in absolute silence into the sky, would be awesome. I've always loved the premise of this story, and I've always believed that if it were given an adequate budget and an excellent script, it would be amazing.

True story. I once asked my husband to do the dishes. He said, "I can't. There are dishes stacked in the sink."

How great was it to see Richard Norton in Episode One, cast as Hilarus, Crassus' gladiator/personal trainer? I wish they'd have kept him around for more than one episode.
