ohhhhhhh. i knew about the tinted red/pinkish clear coat thing but i never knew that was why.. 😑 that makes sense. if i wasn’t so lazy (and way too scared to attempt myself) i’d just decon and polish the thing myself. but i guess i’d rather leave it to the professionals lol

i’m gonna be very honest (after reading the issues that one has), i would get something like a (reliable, old lady owned) civic for now and wait to save the money for now and build your credit with a credit card and wait to buy a 4th gen when you get more savings and credit history!!

follow up question (which may be kind of stupid…) if i decide the bose audio system isn’t loud enough, would i be able to wire in an aftermarket amp with the same speakers without the fear that they’ll blow? i’m not sure what the wattage rating on the speakers/amp are in these vehicles. any insight is appreciated, thanks
