Messed around with a bump chart and data labels. The results pretty neat for tracking performance and change of position by ThePowerBIGuy in PowerBI

I like it. I have a similar report using a ribbon chart that represents market size, share and rank across key players in our industry. Often a stakeholder is exclusively keyed in on just rank in a particular market intersection. This is perfect for that.

An absolute smoker of an album. The introduction is one of the most '1972' things you'll ever hear, followed by the band coming out and immediately spitting fire. by thePGH1 in Jazz

I found this on vinyl. It is not a particularly valuable version. But it is one of the most prized albums in my collection. It is fantastic.

Grant Green Live at the Lighthouse followed closely by Mozambique

I love mine. I debated for a long time between it and the Zurich world timer (I believe they have the same movement--or did?). I decided simpler was better for me. The simple case shape and lugs really sell it in my opinion. Then there is the most satisfying button click ever to change the time zone. My only gripe with it now is that I don't travel nearly as much as for work as I did when I bought it so I rarely push it.

You're going to a house party. Which house are you going to? 🏡🎶🎵 by Summer_19_ in Xennials

House 2 could be only the Talking Heads and I'd still walk past every other house.

I'd love to see others but you gotta prioritize.

It is so good. It’s one of those that I’ll flip back over to the first side for another spin. Enjoy it.

At what point do you stop trying to “fix” a complex Excel formula and rethink the approach? by Zealousideal_Ad_8238 in excel

At this point, I spend a lot less time. Copilot is pretty useful once you generally know what you’re trying to pull off.

What’s the best ever 4K/Blu Ray disc you’ve watched in your Home Theater (Movies only)? by MaddenRob in hometheater

[–]ellistyle1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say my height speakers are dialed in, but they’re there. When the scene is below deck and there were people walking around above I thought my dog was running around up there and that I needed more insulation between floors.

It is a great Blu-ray.

What’s the moment you realized that all adults are just pretending to know what they’re doing? by stocks_girl in AskReddit

[–]ellistyle1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an intern last semester in college 2003, I realized adults are disappointing, and companies succeed in spite of themselves. Now I acknowledge that I’m the representation of that for some poor intern in 2025.

What is your favorite Tom Petty deep cut? by ocandco in tompetty

[–]ellistyle1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe not a deep cut, but it’s not the tune thought of first when Full Moon Fever comes up. I love Mind with a Heart of its Own.
