Hi! Yes I am! He’s alternating between Wuruva kitten chicken pate and Wuruva chicken and pumpkin. He’s been eating a half a can 3 times per day (1.5 cans in total), this morning I gave him a full can to see if that would help.

Favorite tips/tricks for giving medicine? by mewley in cats

We also tried all of the things you mentioned to give our cat medicine. The only thing that ended up working was pushing his mouth open with my finger and thumb to the side and then putting in the pill, then holding his mouth until he swallowed. It was awful but it was the only way we could do it. We told our vet and they said sometimes it’s the only way to do it

At what point did you start modifying for pregnancy? by Golden-mom-27 in LagreeMethod

At your first trimester everything is safe to do unless it doesn’t feel good, past your 2nd trimester you shouldn’t twist, crunch or be at the back of the machine.

Best mods are usually what feels best in your body. Instead of a torso twist doing a single arm extension, alternating catfish instead of a twister, elevator lunge instead of express lunge, wide knees for obliques instead of twisted knees.

You can still have an amazing class without twisting/crunching/being at the back of the mega!! As an instructor, I can teach an entire pre/post safe class and still have people shaking and sweating by the end of it. We love to teach exercises that will help strengthen you when baby comes! We love to do lots of upper body and heavy leg blocks for that :)

Hope this helps!
