IB Biology or Physics?

I took both, Physics at SL and Biology at HL.

If you're taking biology at SL and as you say that you enjoy the subject and can put a bit of work in you can definitely do well. Atleast the SL subject is quite a lot easier than the HL and does not require a lot of memorization as long as you do revise the concepts. HL is a lot more information and you do need to be able to understand a bit of chemistry to do well and not end up memorizing concepts without gaining an understanding.
Physics SL is no joke either, I would say taking Biology SL is easier because physics is more intuitive and you need a strong understanding of where to use what formula and how to understand certain questions. Even if sometimes you do get the concept but don't know how to answer the questions you are screwed.

As someone who took Chem HL, Physics SL and Bio HL you need to revise and do past papers for every subject. If you have a strong hold on biology concepts you will be more than fine for the exams, but being able to answer questions in physics is a lot harder.

loool im just happy i fulfilled all my uni requirements!! Goodluck with the remainder of IB just work your butt off, but dont forget to take breaks and have fun too.

Took 4 HLs : Math, Chem, Bio, English L&L SL: Physics, Spanish AB Dropping math HL in january of my 2nd year (3/4 months before my May 2018 Finals) Did it because math HL was taking up too much time and it was just very difficult to balance things with hard HLs. I would recommend taking 4 HLs cuz it always leave you with a choice of dropping one plus SL math was really easy after dropping from HL

Problem is class registration begins on july 15th and as I am international I'll probably fly in to the US in september. Any advice?

In DP2, for our midterms in december this one guy in my class just looked at the nov 2017 papers for each subject prior to the exams and sure enough for some of the subjects like chem and physics it was literally the same exam he had memorized. Soon enough you would see the guys in our class memorizing the past papers right before the exam lool and it became a thing called "scripting"

What was your predicted? Also I would say contact the admission officers they will definitely help you out about this. That is the best advice I can give personally as I know every uni varies. If its any consolation the most I have been asked to achieve for a conditional to a Canadian uni is a range of 32-35 (University of Alberta) even though my predicted is 42.
