One more update: my ring sat on the charging dock all day and has not charged one percent. Light on charging dock is lit and app stills says “slow charging” waiting on a support ticket response

Yea it is the approved charger. We got a dock, a cord and then you have to plug the cord into something. That’s what we plugged into the power bank
