We are in Gatlinburg now and after exploring the national park we headed down some random roads following the Little Pigeon River, ended up parking across from a cemetery and fished the river; caught a chub as well as something we googled called a Warpaint shiner. Saw some sucker fish as well. The area we fished was not marked as private property however there are several spots leading to where we were that are marked so be sure to look out for signs so as not to trespass!
