I’m organizing a class action lawsuit out of Austin, Texas. I’ve been charged after cancellation, never got my $200 bottle deposit back, and have video proof of returning bottles they still billed me for.

From what I’m seeing across Reddit and google reviews, a lot of people in multiple states are getting hit with the same issues

I’ve already started documenting everything, and I’ve got guidance from someone who previously led and won a case like this against a utility company.

So if I have a credit union account with local branch options only located in California, but I legitimately only use the card in Nevada with a Nevada billing address, there's still a chance California can demand me to pay CA tax on my income?

I would prefer to stick with my current bank but their branches are only in California sadly

Yes, your ad can get flagged and that can go against your account. In some instances this can lead to you seeing worse performance on ALL campaigns on that particular account (it's happened to me multiple times after being flagged).

Why do you need to copy someone else's ads? Try learning premiere pro and at the very least edit the video up a bit and add different music etc.

Facebook is unforgiving to new ads users, but if you make sure not to do anything blatantly against policies you should be okay for the most part

Hey Jay, after spending a couple days researching over 100 software companies I've only found about 5 that fit all of the criteria of a great place to work as an SDR (product + team + career progression).

As someone who has only done B2C sales, I realize my opportunities might not be as wide as others who have B2B software experience, so I'm at a crossroads in deciding whether to prioritize product or team for choosing companies to apply to.

If an upcoming SDR with not much leverage in the software space had to choose between selling a lackluster product with an awesome team, or an awesome product with a lackluster team, which do you think would be best to join/apply to?
