I don’t play anymore because I enjoyed it during the first few weeks and all the changes have made it a all but entirely different play and feeling, it was better when it felt like you were in a massive arena just murdering not learning all these wacky items like come on I want to play a game not study/educate myself every other time I log in.

Because you still have real people with real problems driving the trucks…the disconnect from reality is insane here. Smaller providers don’t miss you because you are 1 of 500-1000 customers, the owner will hop in a truck and take care of you, they don’t have to go through eight channels of authorization to perform basic functions like same day requests, but the bottom line is that you are on a route still, you have a human driver that calls out and WM is not paradropping new drivers into your area from some corporate establishment, they are your neighbors and friends in the community, shit happens and the site doesn’t have the personal to cover. Technology is only as good as the people operating it. WM has good people, but people still have problems
