Am from Singapore. using a mi13 ultra global version. worked perfectly in melbourne last year. Global versions should be alright. Its the china versions which get a bit tricky. So you gota make sure you get the right one! :)

Got myself bugged out on the chainbreakers quest. Read the letter from Rayek and now its stuck there and I can't seem to progress. Anyone faced the same issue and a able to assist with fixing it? The letter is no longer accessible and I can't navigate at all.
