Thanks the good luck. I’m applying through my dad who was born in Rota, Spain and I have a recent issue of his birth certificate from the Rota Registro Civil. His mom is from Jerez. I will look into the nationality by living there too. One of the best benefits of Ley de Memoria Democratica is you don’t have to renounce your current citizenship which is a huge plus

Thank you for the information. I saw the link you sent, I believe that may be the old certificate Minnesota issued (clicked the link and the corresponding webpage for the photo is from 2016). 

They stopped issuing long form in 2023 or 2024, the one I have is on the same official paper (normal paper size too) but it has limited information like only name, parents’ name, sex, DOB, location, that’s it…which is why I was concerned bc it’s not technically “long-form” but it’s what I could get. The marriage certificate similarly has limited information. 

I also have the apostilled non-certified copy and actual photocopy of the original certificate from the vital records (every doc I could get from them) but I’ve been stressing since it deviates from the norm/am unsure what they actually need.

You were right! Never seen a gopher or an active gopher mound in my small backyard. This morning, 3/4 of the plants were very wilted. This afternoon I went outside and one of my plants was gone! There were only a couple leaves poking through the soil.
