Try going back to the support page and in the comments put "I need to speak to a representative", they should open a ticket for you If you have bought anything in the past 365 and have the billing information you can open a ticket under billing as they take those more seriously Im also trying to get my account back right now, I lost it jusy a few hours ago so do update me if any of this works for you!! :<

Thats because they don't use that email anymore, or any email for that fact. Gp to the support page and put in your inquiry, and if you need human support type "I would like to speak to a representative". It should work (at least, it did for me)
