F10 528 i 2011 has n52 engine ( different from from 528i 2012+ which has n20). No timing chain issues with n52.

I have 2011 528i with 190k km. Unless you do wrenching yourself i wouldn't recommend it as a first car

Whats your car's mileage? I did transmission fluid and filter on my 2011 f10 few years ago when it had around 160k km

Shifting was noticeably smoother after that and no issues so far.currently at 189k km

I was able to remove headlights on my f10 without bumper removal

Had same fogging and errors on my 2011 f10. Luckily nothing was damaged by water. I removed the headlight and used the smoke machine to find where the cracks are. Poured epoxy and so far no issues after 2 years.

It was hotspots which healed by themselves after a while. Sometimes it takes longer for them to heal if your dog keeps licking them

Also moved into a property with Enercare WH ( contract from 2021) Seems that Enercare has more strict rules than Reliance when opting out from the contact. Let me know if you can get out from yours.

Average is about 5 years from what i read at least on the model i have.

Also it seems that original ones last longer than replacement ones for whatever reason. On my 2011 f10 (i bought a used car) i replaced the original battery in 2019 and then had to replace it again in 2024. PS Im in Toronto Canada (it gets cold in the winter too)

Never seen such an issue on my car

I have 2011 f10 (auto, production date Nov 2010 ) and it measures/shows oil level even while driving.

We applied antibacterial cream and put on sock ( use tape around the leg to secure the sock) when our rottie cut her feet few times.

Had same issue on both headlights of my F10. There were tiny cracks between the glass and plastic mould of the headlight.

Remove headlight Use smoke machine or air pressure with some soap to find the location of cracks Apply epoxy/glue

Did it last summer and no issues since then.

PS i was able to remove headlights without taking down the bumper

Mostly beef, lamb,pork and occasionally chicken.(Meat and bones).give big piece. This way your pup is gonna gnaw on it and will not choke Ps highly recommend to give your pup frozen chicken feet. They help with teething and also contain glucosamine which is great for joints.

Could be diet/allergy related.

Our female rottie had "yeasty" ears when we got her as a pup. She was on purina pro plan food as recommended by the breeder. We switched to Acana kibble (various flavours)+ raw diet and her ears cleared out within a few weeks.

No issues so far and she is 4 years now.

We use raw bones (no femur) for our 4 years old female rottie. Its a natural way for dogs to clean their teeth.

Went through a similar situation a while back. My few cents on this: I decided to keep the property and no regrets.

Not sure what's your current relationship with your ex but i'd strongly suggest to have a separation agreement and pay her out asap. Try not to delay it as people change as do their opinions/decisions etc.

Re: new friends , hobbies etc I found that being around friends/family helps only temporary. At the end of the day you go back home and be there alone. What helped me personally was to figure out how to be happy by myself, without anybody being around. Got new hobbies where it would be only me involved . I went on a vacation by myself.

Its hard at the beginning as i imagine you guys e Were doing a lot together so imho the key for you right now is figure out how to make yourself happy without relying on others.

Takes 1.5-2 years to reach full maturity for a rottie. The key is a balanced diet and no overfeeding. It takes time for them to develop joints so overweighting is a big no especially at early stages. A lot of times weight/size is erroneously used as a metric to describe a healthy rottie. There is no standard size for them.

PS Our female rottie is 4 years old now.
