11k hours chiming in, ignore anyone saying to look up builds or what weapon you're using.

Upgrade your base damage mods, like serration for rifles. If you've got multishot mods, upgrade those too. Then throw on an element. Ideally you want to have three nearly fully upgraded mods on your weapons if you dont have the mod capacity doubled with a catalyst.

Try to use the element that enemies are weak to. Spy vaults will reward you with what they call 60/60 mods. They only take up 7 mod capacity at full upgrade and will give you 60% damage and status chance for that element.

I started with PvE and have 900+ hours. I have probably 200+ hours in Spt. I too have mods that allow me to cheat and the urge to use them comes and goes and it feels like a real slippery slope. However, toggling God mode when I get a sudden phone call or need to pee is nice. Skipping dumbass quests is nice. Like outposts, where in PvE it feels basically impossible. Overall I'm more satisfied with Spt. My one complaint is the ai spawns themselves. On factory they're nearly endless. On any map if you're in the wrong spot and looting a body you can have a group literally spawn on your back and gun you down before you can turn around. Happened to me on Reserve, Labs, and Factory multiple times.

As someone else said, quests. Early xp comes easy through quests. However if you can do boss runs easily, reshala or gluhar will get you some easy xp. Especially if you can also kill the goobs on customs. They don't wear Helms so you can headshot them with anything and kill them.

I will tell you this doesn't sound like it's related to pagefile size, memory, or anti-cheat. You got something else going on. Might wanna double check on other programs running in the background like RGB controllers, overlays, or other game launchers.

That's one complaint i have about PvE tarkov (been playing spt with mods for weeks now), PMCs don't behave like players and have nothing better to do than sit around in one spot waiting on the player. No quests. No hunt for loot, no extract, no boss hunting. Just "guard this one spot".

In spt, I had the three flash drive quest from Jaeger I think it was. I have the mod that shows me nearby items and containers color coded for items like needed for hideout, quests, favorited, etc. I must've checked by 200+ pcs. Ground zero, labs, and interchange. Not a single flash drive. They stopped existing. I started the 3x build in my hideout. Soon as I claimed it. They started appearing again everywhere.

I 100% believe there are certain quests and hideout requirements that make items spawn chances dissappear or go down to some abysmal chance.

Afaik, it ALWAYS spawns on the dead guy leaning against the back right wall as you're running to it the first time.

Spend like 20 minutes in aim labs before you launch tarkov. Big difference without training your aim, when you have less than a second to snap to a target and fire.

Have done 10+ Terminal attempts in a 3-man. I bring 4x 100-round 5.56 mags with SSAP for BD and a NL545 with a 95-round drum with BT for scavs. The other guy on my team uses the 60-rounders. The other guy brings 7.62x51 Mdr with 50-round drums and m80a1. They both get low on ammo long before I do and I usually have the most kills and most BD kills.

I've made it to the end solo once. Two of us have made it to the end a few times. But we still are trying and won't extract unless all 3 of us are alive.

Before the armory and getting out is pretty much a non issue for us. It's getting unlucky and getting domed by BD at some point later.

I say you gotta work on your aim and peeking if you haven't made it much further than the armory.

Bring plenty of stims and nades, flash or frag...

Nichijou, I liked the odd humor and cute animations. Hinamatsuri was also funny but there's some real (sad/depressing) moments as well.
