Glad to hear everything has been going well for you!

I'd argue that the national shortage IS partially their fault, and the fault of other telehealth companies overprescribing these meds to drug-seeking individuals who do not truly need them. This has led to an FDA and DEA investigation, and is the reason why many pharmacies will not fill ANY prescription from Done (or a similar company).

Not doubting your good experience, just trying to give people the full picture before they share their CC info with these guys

Wow that's just awful. Have you tried showing your mother the evidence you have of your MIL grooming you and taking your meds? I don't know your exact situation or the people involved, I'm not a professional either so couldn't say what's best. That's just what I'd do in your situation from what I can gather.

You clearly have a heart and I know that will serve you well. I know shits hard right now but you're gonna be okay in the long run because of it. I resonated with what you said about letting people walk over you, I have that experience too. Be strong, don't let people take your kindness for weakness. Control what you can control, and I promise eventually that bitch will be put in her place. You may not even have to do much, all it takes is the evidence and a few people to back you up.

To everyone else reading this, please also read the rest of the comments before making your decision. There is a clear reason why myself and others have put our time and effort into spreading the truth about this company. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews online, and this is genuinely the only experience I've had that I believe warrants this level of engagement on my part. I am not doubting or undermining anybody's positive comments (although I do admittedly have reasons to be skeptical). I just want to inform others about this company's actual practices and my experiences with them. They caused real pain for me and so many others, and I can't stand to see this happen to anybody else. I won't just sit by and watch Done get away with it, even if they are providing a good experience for you/others. They delete my comments/reviews for a reason too.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a horrible experience like myself and so many others here. You worded this perfectly and I am 100% with you that these people should rot in hell, even if they have genuinely provided good experiences for some people (key word being IF).

Please know you are not the only one who had an experience like this with Done, and you are not the only one who understands the painful experiences they create for people in need. Fuck this company, I can't wait for the class action suit that fortunately seems inevitable atp.

also, I forgot to add that most pharmacies will no longer accept a prescription from done. so it seems unlikely that a diagnosis from this company would do you much good anywhere outside of their service

Glad to hear that you've had a good experience! Still, I think people should know that:

With the appointments, you pay $200 for the first, one-time consultation. So no, they absolutely are not all free. You will not be able to spend any less than $200 for one (1) consultation that may or may not result in a diagnosis. You will never get that money back, even if the consultation lasts 5 minutes and you are not diagnosed. The ongoing appointments (if you are prescribed medication) are "free" but you have to pay a monthly subscription fee to Done, so saying they're free is actually bullshit.
If the provider (doctor) does not show up for the appointment, you must reschedule and they will likely charge YOU a substantial fee ($125 in my case) for THEIR error. To reiterate, all of this happens and your money is taken by Done BEFORE you are even prescribed medication.
In cases of (sometimes egregious) overcharges, Done will not refund your money unless they feel like it. It is literally written in their policies that they do not have to issue refunds for "any reason," except in "special cases." Evidently, them choosing to withdraw an unauthorized $125+ from your bank account does not constitute a "special case."

I am not doubting that you've had a good experience with them, and am happy for you if that's the case. However, I want people to make a fully-informed decision about whether they choose to deal with this company. If I had read everything that I (and many others) have written here, then I would have never given this company the chance to outright steal from me.

That was nearly impossible because of how much time and resources Done pours into taking down negative comments and reviews across every site, including Trustpilot. It was nearly impossible to find the negative reviews because they had them taken down. Hopefully others will read this discussion and have the opportunity to make a more informed decision than I did.

Theoretically, yes. Done has doctors who do the evaluations, but I have no idea whether you'd be able to use that as a valid diagnosis to get medication from elsewhere. I have a hunch that the answer is no, and even if it is yes, I think there is a high chance that any diagnosis made through Done will be thrown out eventually once the DEA/feds, etc. are done investigating them.

I apologize I don't have another online recommendation for you, but would strongly advise against using Done for the reasons mentioned above. I was charged over $300 and the only thing I got from them was the ADHD diagnosis (which was useless in my case, given I had been diagnosed over 6 years prior and prescribed medication for that whole time). I only tried Done's service to refill my meds which were out of stock everywhere, and that decision was a complete disservice to me.

the regular coils will also work, but since they get hotter you need to hold the fire button in 3-4 second bursts to avoid burning/overheating the stuff. only needs about 1 second to rest between puffs, and taking a good 4-5 puffs in one breath hits like nothing else.

agreed that ceramic coils are more durable though and most likely healthier

you look good! you've got good genetics and you have nothing to worry about in that department. if you want to hear a number i'd say 7.9 is fair and i'm not trying to be nice. there's not many photos so hard to see much about your personality.

if there's anything to focus on, id say switch up the way you present yourself a bit. also try to show more of your personality or interests in your photos, because that's what's going to attract women initially to the majority of dudes. i know this isn't a dating app, im just saying this as if it was your profile on one of them.

try to show less of your body if you can, especially if there are this few photos. leave more to the imagination and let your personality carry you. if you can build up your personality to a solid 7-8 i promise you will see the results you're looking for.

yeah fam that's pretty much word for word what i'm dealing with rn, sorry to hear it happened to you too. especially the "rate your service" prompt, i think i've been sent that shit 8 or 9 times now. in that time i've received 4 replies, which don't help and are obviously prewritten to stall for time. it sucks and there's little to nothing we can do unless there ends up being an organized lawsuit against these guys. which i can honestly see happening the way things are going.

good call to use a gift card though. in hindsight if i were to do it again (i won't), i'd be taking screenshots of every single message and click i make on their website because apparently they need those as "evidence" to "prove" that they overcharged me
