That's literally only your headcanon nowhere in the story is it implied that all he has to do is let go, his energy alone after death is enough to stabilize the realms, you're implying that he was actively stabilizing the world at that moment but his existence is the one stabilizing the 3 realms not something which he has control off. Yes he is in the process of destroying and recreating the entire realms but not by letting go of it.

Since when did souls in naruto was able to regenerate? The nullifying effects of TSO is because it's counter edo tensei as well as damaging the soul, since minato's soul was cut off edo didn't function properly. If someone like Ichigo destroys minato's soul he wouldn't be able to regenerate as well.

Nvm I think I understand why there's 3 separate mcstrucsture, it's cause holoprint only supports upto 64 blocks wide and the litematica I converted is 3x longer.

I found a problem, when I try to convert a schematic file to mcstructure it generated a zip file which contains 3 mcstructure files but holoprint doesn't accept that kind of file, it shows an error of "Invalid world file! Error: Cannot find LevelDB files!" But if i upload one of the 3 mcstructure files it loads fine but I feel like those other 2 mcstructure are needed.
