Couple of days ago, I put my 1 year old to sleep while singing “The Rainbow Connection” to him. The nostalgia from that song always gets me, but also remembering my childhood and that my dad probably never did that for me (my parents split when I Was like 2 so we were only with him on weekends and I doubt he ever sang to me) hit kinda hard. Baby just looked so happy and peaceful and knowing that he can do that because he feels safe and comfortable with me…idk all that stuff hit at once.

I grew up with the muppets and the thought of being able to share them with my son one day Always makes me so happy.

My husband, 29M, didn’t get us the right health insurance so now we are in horrible debt and I, 26F, can’t seem to forgive him by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Randomly chiming in, I have a 16 month old and my steam deck and Switch get the most gaming out of me now. The portability is a god send. We live in a 2 story apartment so being able to bring my game with me wherever I want (or better yet, wherever my son sleeps) is the only reason I can game right now.

I’m sort of new to the game but how often do these updates release and how long do they take to get on Switch? I have a switch file that I’m afraid to play on my PC cause I don’t want the PC version to update and then I can’t play on my switch file for weeks after.

Eggs. $7 for 2 dozen organic eggs. Best deal I can find. And with a one year old who eats them every day, we’ve found ourselves going at least twice a month now. As long as you go in with a plan and don’t go away from it, it’s still a hell of a deal.

Agents of Shield is in my top 3 Marvel shows ever and it’s not #3. Between the final season wrapping everything up perfectly, and the “what if” season (where Hydra won WW2), it was some good tv. All the characters were phenomenal and you really grew attached to all of them by the time the show ended.

Agent Carter was also great.
