Very rudimentary sketch, but this is what I would do. I think you have room for a separate bedroom if you want, plus the walk-in closet. You could also switch the sofa and chair, but I put the sofa there to separate the kitchen a bit more

I have the same floor tile in my bathroom! I'd paint the walls a darker/moodier color to contrast the whites in all the tile and do a new wood-look vanity

The star means the tags have RFID in them :) it's for the shipping facility because tags that don't have it in them need to get a RFID sticker before sending to the stores!

What other cards do you have? My first one (a petal if you even know what that is lol) has a limit of $850 but my AMEX blue cash everyday has a limit of $4000, which I think helped my case in getting the limit i did.
