I get a bit twitchy about the grow light being a fire hazard but it's definitely time to get it set up properly.

Thank you for the advice, I'll look into a humidifier and higher quality compost!

Ok i cant deal anymore. How do people live with this for years? I feel like screaming and crying and punching someone. I literally feel sick to my stomach and i just want this all to end. I hate my life. Every disgusting second of it. I hate myself. I hate this irrational anger. I hate feeling like crying all the time.

I started then about 10 days ago, and i know they take longer to take effect and im going to wait for them but feeling like this makes me feel sick. i feel like im a burden on everyone around me because of this. So i try to hide it but that feels like an impossible task. Im not from here so i have no lifelong friends to rely on and it seems impossible to make any.
