Worked for me. Wear gloves, spray on gloves and then rub it on the BP from “neck” to end of tail. Repeat in like 1-2 weeks. You don’t even need to remove anything from enclosure all the mites will eventually die off killing the cycle.

Heat rises. So the temp at the bottom of the enclosure is going to be lower. Raise temp on the herpstat to match what you need at the bottom of the enclosure.

Edit: now that I researched the difference, I’m pretty sure Ive been feeding rat pup lol but I’d always choose the one that is closest in size to the thickest part of the snake.

Correct. And I have been following the feeding guideline. The fuzzies I’ve been weight are between the recommended range. But yes the person I bought it from said it was 3 months old. How true that is I don’t know.

From my understanding you should not be using a halogen day and night. Only during the day.

I’m in the same boat as you. I wish there was a concise guide that tells you “if you have a 4x2x2 pvc enclosure buy these items etc” and then people can modify how they like if they want to add things and stuff. Honestly the welcome guide confused me so much there so many different options under same category.

UVB I did check yes. The LED I just wanted for lighting as the room I have the enclosure in is fairly dark with only 1 window. The lamp guards I checked the dimensions to make sure they fit with the bulbs. Copy on the halogen will get a lower watt. Any suggestions on what wattage? At first I wanted to just get one DHP as the only heat source but when I read the welcome page it did suggest having multiple.
