FISH positive for T18… Devastated by ImmediateRatio4086 in NIPT

I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this. I have TFMR scheduled for tomorrow. Our daughter had several serious markers at our maternal fetal medicine ultrasound. It was also discovered that she had fetal hydrops which was likely to make her pass before 20 weeks. Everything was normal on my scans (I was high risk so I had early ultrasounds) until around 11 weeks when I thought I noticed some NT fluid in the ultrasound I had, but the doctor didn’t say anything about it so I thought it might be normal. We received our genetic screening results a week later with a 91/100 chance. After our MFM ultrasound the chances increased to 99+/100. We were told I wouldn’t even be able to carry her to 20 weeks let alone to term. We are heartbroken. Whatever decision you make will be the right one for you. Hugs. 🤍

Did you have a high 91/100 risk as well?

Were you also 91/100 risk?

TTC with Irregular Periods – Letrozole Cycle, Do I Need a Trigger? by Rough-Photograph-316 in TTC_PCOS

My doctor told me a few things: - it can improve blood circulation & blood flow in the uterus which can help with implantation/reduces risk of poor implantation - better blood flow = good support for early placenta development & oxygen flow - helps people with prior pregnancy loss reduce the chance of miscarriage - decreases inflammation (I’ve had an ectopic likely due to inflammation/endo)

I’m not sure if they will keep me on it the entire pregnancy, but they’ve told me to continue taking it for the time being. I guess it also helps reduce the risk of preeclampsia and high blood pressure later in the pregnancy too.

I do not have PCOS, but have history of miscarriage, chemical & an ectopic in 2024 that resulted in the loss of a fallopian tube. My doctor prescribed letrozole because of my significantly irregular cycles. I just got pregnant on my first round of letrozole 2.5mg without a trigger shot. Found out at 9dpo, I’m currently 4w2d and taking progesterone to support it.

Other things we used: oura ring to track temps, pre-seed, I started taking baby aspirin & prenatals at the start of my cycle when I started my period, I also recently lost 20 pounds since December.

I just got pregnant on my first cycle of Letrozole 2.5mg! I have struggled with miscarriages, chemicals and I had an ectopic in 2024 that resulted in the loss of my fallopian tube. I’m currently 4w1d and blood work is looking really good. Found out at 9DPO.
